1. Privacy & Data

• We do not require user accounts or collect personal data from mentees.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay; we do not store mentee banking details.
• Mentors voluntarily provide their details; we do not share them without consent.

2. Platform Role & Disclaimer

• We solely facilitate connections between mentors and mentees.
• Mentor advice is based on personal experience and is not professional, legal, medical, or financial guidance.
• We do not guarantee any outcomes from mentorship sessions.
• Users should exercise discretion before acting on any advice received.

3. Payments & Liability

• All payments are securely processed via Razorpay; disputes must be handled with Razorpay directly.
• In the event of cancellations, payments will be refunded or the session will be rescheduled at the discretion of both the mentor and mentee, following mutual agreement.
• We are not liable for any advice given, outcomes, or interactions between mentors and mentees.
• Any disputes must be resolved between the involved parties; we bear no responsibility.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold StuKonnect harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Users may not use the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Any misuse, fraud, or harassment will result in termination of access.

5. Updates

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
